Ramiz Raja plans to introduce the AUCTION process.Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ramiz Raja has opened for a paradigm change that can put the Pakistan Super League (PSL) ahead of IPL and also uplift the socio-economic muscle of the tournament.

The current idea is to replace the player draft system for recruiting players and rather inception an auction system as employed by teams in IPL. Ramiz Raja feels that such a switch will help their T20 tournament build enough financial muscle that it will be put into the same bracket as its Indian counterpart.
