Russia focuses on Donbas 'liberation', troops move towards eastern region




 Even as Russia claims to withdraw from northern and central Ukraine conflict in southern and eastern Ukraine reportedly continues now according to the Donetsk governor five people were killed and five others were injured in a Russian shelling after Russia announced that it will focus its special operations in Ukraine mainly in the eastern region to help liberate the rebel east the fighting in the donbass region has intensified bombardment and continued shelling has been reported makes released visuals of Russian military convoy heading to the region Ukrainian officials have also reported shelling in the Luhansk region Ukraine said Russia attacked several buildings  in denipro which caused a fire and injured at least one person according to Ukrainian defense ministry Russia now controls nearly 53 percent of Ukraine's done region and about 93 percent of the Luhansk region together the regions make up don base which is home to many Russian separatist groups Ukrainian president Vladimir Zelinsky came out and said that  his country faces a tough battle ahead in the eastern region.

New sanctions on Russia: UK targets Sberbank and credit bank of Moscow
